taking Aegis trouble

Yestarday, I was see the Bristleback stay near 'Aegis of Immortality' all the Game and do nothing. Even falling the Thron caused no react.
May be full item list with a 'Gem of True Sight' are trouble to exchange with 'Aegis'.

The default AI item picking pattern seems to have some problems, and we will try to rewrite this part in the future.
