Maybe Commuist path could go down black liberation path and fascist could go down american apartheid kkk thing

There should be a fascist tree that allows you to use the colored war plans still. Also, there could be a focus to reinstate slavery or black codes on that path.

i was playing this and whe you go communist or facsist without completing war propaganda first it completly locks the tree. iim sure this is just because america is completed yet though

I dont know if this is possible but maybe a civil war trigger if the US doesnt remove great depression by, lets say, 1942 with commies vs dems. Focus tree for Facists should limit them to the american sphere claim wise, and limit them to isolationism in some form. Finally on finishing monroe doctrine a 'found our faction' event should trigger inviting mexico or someone. :D

I'll be working on fascist and communist USA trees next and am willing to hear more ideas. The tree is looking to be a bit generic so anything to make it more along the lines of alternate history is welcome.

I am also unsure about focuses to reinstate slavery and such....these may also be against Paradox's rules. I was considering doing a focus for the Japanese internment for the Democratic path but decided against it because I don't want to see the mod get shut down if it against any rules set by Paradox.

I think fascist USA should have focuses to conquer the latin american nations (and Canada). Maybe you could also add focuses to develop these new conquered territories

Your communist tree for france was brilliant, a similar one for America? Maybe early on something that adds a +10 communist support modifier to the great depression. And major industrial benifits for communism. Maybe a puppet focus tree for the monroe doctrine to formalise it under communism? Facism should provide military benifits but take longer to mend the economy. And I agree with Vendetta on the claims front, but only in the americas! USA had no imperial ambitions beyond this.

You should make a focus for dem and commies regarding breaking down the segregationist policies either slowly(for dems only) or all-out at once but each action should have it's repercussions.

Maybe a white-supremacist revolt event historical wise where such groups congregated during the 30's and 40's.

To be honest, plausibility and Historical data in my opinion should come before any Fascist or Communist USA mentalities... Historically the likelyhood od the USA becoming Fascist was higher than communist and that was only by something like 19.52% before Germany attacked Poland, afterwhich it was less than 0.956%, something like that. New York Times back then did a study on it. Also the New York Harald(defaunt after WW2) did a study during WW2 to show where people felt before the war and after, Found out that most Americans were actually wanting to conquer Mexico and Middle Americas due to memories of WW1 and Zemmermand telegraph. Most were for taking the entire Northern Americas and Central(all but Canada) and creating a New Nation that would defend itself from all agressors from sea, and south. They believed that Canada would eventually gain independence and thus would ask to join the USA as it was(thought at time of most americans was that Canada was a rightful part of USA).

Honestly there needs to be more focuses to deal with the New Deal policies and the Brand New Deal policies, Also the Agencies that were created and etc. Too much american history has been ignored.

A democratic USA should have an Isolationist focus tree centered around extending Manifest Destiny. This would start with focuses about expanding and coring Mexico and Central America, and then have a focus chain leading to the integration of Canada. after that's all done, the US should be able to form a new nation called something like "The North American States". Then ther should be stuff with the Carribean and aligning with independent Pacific states like Australia and New Zealand, maybe Malaysia and Indonesia too. There should also be more about the Depression and New Deals

Maybe as communist America you could choose between "communism in one state" (conquering america and developing a communist utopia) or "internationalism" (influencing other nations to join your cause)

in the focus tree for usa the true utopia focus says it will unlock the communist usa tree, however I can't find it anywhere, so I assume it's not implimented yet but I just want to ask to be sure.
