I have better suggestions for the Esperanto version of Who's On First. The current words are too basic and distinct in my opinion. However, these are homophones or near-homophones:

militoj / mil litoj (wars / thousand beds)
sentema / sen tema (sensitive / without a themed [noun implied])
ĉar / ĉar' (because / cart)
koro / horo / ĥoro (heart / time / choir)
ŝi / ĝi (she / it)
alŝuti / elŝuti (upload / download)
lamento / la mento (regret / the mint)
