Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes

Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes

Translated Modules
Czech Translation
Here's the very first draft for the Czech translation:

Button texts: Press, Abort, Hold, Detonate - Stisknout, Zrušit, Držet, Odpálit
// as for these, I stuck to somewhat literal translations in the infinitive form of those verbs

Morse:
// 'ch' is considered to be a single letter in Czech, and its morse equivalent is: - - - -

strach, plomba, bronz, sklep, houby, klouby, chleba, prach, shluk, strop, bomba, klenba, brach, strup, papouch, klacek

[Tx] button stays the same

Needy Vent Gas:

// I took the liberty of not including the word for gas in the very first line in order to make the length of the venting and detonation query similar so it's just a tiny bit harder to tell which one is which.

"VENT GAS? Y/N" = VYPUSTIT? A/N
"YES" = ANO
"NO" = NE
"VENTING PREVENTS EXPLOSIONS" = VYPOUŠTĚNÍ ZABRAŇUJE VÝBUCHŮM
"VENTING COMPLETE" = VYPOUŠTĚNÍ PROVEDENO
"DETONATE? Y/N" = ODPÁLIT? A/N

Who's on First:

Displays:
ANO, PRVNÍ, OK, JE, OKA, _, NIC, NE, PRÁZDNÝ, J, BYLI, BÍLÝ, BYLY, BÍLÍ, MNĚ, MĚ, JEMNĚ, VRCH, VRH, POČKEJ, PILY, PILI, PÍLÍ, ONI, ONY, OHNĚM, ONĚM, O NĚM

Buttons:
MŮŽU, NE, PRÁZDNÉ, NIC, ANO, CO, TEDA, VLEVO, PRAVO, NAHOŘE, DOLE, OK, POČKEJ, ZMÁČKNI, BYLI, BYLY, BÍLÍ, BÍLÝ, O NĚM, ONĚM, NO?, NO, CO?, HOTOVO, DÁL, DRŽ, JASNĚ, JAKO

// just a note, _ is the literal blank display with nothing written on it
// I also took a few liberties in the labels, e.g. I omitted UHHH as it doesn't look like something you'd see in a written dialogue, and wouldn't therefore be confusing enough. Czech also has no similar variations for UH UH and UH HUH, most of the equivalents are easily distinguishable from each other, and so I've replaced them with NO? and NO, as they happen frequently in informal communication. Lastly, the translation for MIDDLE was too long, and thus, I removed the translation for FIRST and instead put NAHOŘE and DOLE, (being on the top, on the bottom respectively)

Passwords:

Submit = Potvrdit
// potvrdit fits more in this context - if "potvrdit" is too long, the alternative is "odeslat", but its meaning leans closer to "send" than "submit"

Czech is now live.

Kudos for submitting an absolutely flawless suggestion – no entries too long, nothing missing right from the first shot!

Whoops! I juuust noticed there's a tiny little mistake I've done in the first post.

On the subject of Who's on First, "PRAVO" is supposed to be "VPRAVO". I am afraid I'll have to return the kudos as I have just proven my post wasn't truly flawless. :UltimateRaccoon:

Oh well, everyone makes mistakes.

No problem!
I have replaced the word and re-exported the manuals now.
