Change the 40% KV-1 bonus to a free tech. Soviet should be able to catch up to axis in armor tech, but now it's almost impossible. Even italy and hungary have better armor than me.

I think the Soviet Union needs to have a buff which greatly increases number of factories at some point in the game which makes it so that they are out producing the Germans because the germans still out produce you and if they manage to halt ur winter offensive at some point you cant really do much more because they still have more factories than you.

Move factories to the urals gives 110 factories to the Soviets. Havn't had a game where Soviets didn't out produce Germany after this focus, if you have a save upload it for me i'd love to take a look.

Actually, Soviet union is possible to defeat. But i have one question. Every time we play this even when axis win with USSR , they cant win with USA and UK , they get nuked by 49 and the germany capitulates. Any advices what germany should do after killing soviets?
