I actually have the same problem, I already subscribed and used the script, but they only pick the same heroes as the default bots

yeah me too, i even try unsubscribed - log off and on again on steam - resubscribed, but still only playing with default bot.
and another thing, one game they we're fine but on the next game the bots got messed up inventory (like buying 2 boots and magic sticks). anyone got this same problem

if you are online, why dont you simply use the normal way ?

i mean, creating your own server and using this script bots on both side. that's how i use it personnally. you have to change the setting of your game/server before starting game for use this bots, otherwise, they will use default bots.

play dota > custom lobbie > create > ( you go down window with setting and clic "modify", in there you change bots script to this one) change others setting like you want , i recommend captain mode > start and enjoy.

as for offline, i dont use it anymore because none of the script work anymore offline. maybe valve have changed something. (i talk about completly offline, internet cut or steam in offline mode)
