Use Captains Mode!

1th pick: position 3 (offlaner)
2th pick: position 4 (soft support)
3th pick: position 2 (mid)
4th pick: position 5 (hard support)
5th pick: position 1 (hard carry)

did it have a way to do it on All pick mode?

You just type, when the match starts, the lanes you want for each position from left to right. E.g. "bot top top mid bot" or "top mid bot bot top", etc.
