Dark willow and hood wink have bugs
dark willow goes for opposite side and feed most and usually mid lane but almost vertigo in map early game, Hood wink running around her lane and attack if attacked but mostly feed in safe lane

Noticed this also. Though it is far worse for hoodwink. On my game they usually just run down mid or feed in general. If I see them picked I start the game over.
