Dire bots are forced to default bots in lobby.
Now every lobby game that I create and set as this custom script for Radiant and Dire bots works only for Radiant. Does anyone know why this is happening.

It's a Valve bug, and it's been that way since at least March of 2017. Go back to the default bots and play Dire, and you will still see it. All of your allies will have the default skins. It's been reported to Valve, but they've pretty much abandoned all bot support. It does work correctly in Bot Practice mode, but not in Custom Lobbies.
