how to increase chance hero pick by AI

I want AI use invoker but what i do is disable all hero except 18 hero but still AI wont pick invoker. when i try to just enable 9 hero in the game but everytimes i start the game, it will crash. is there any code i can modify to increase the chance for AI to pick Invoker?

I don't know a way to increase the chance and leave everything enabled but, you can create a custom lobby and play captains mode so you can chose you teammates bots... The enemy ones don't tho.
