Secret shop
I have a problem with courier usage. If I send a courier to a secret shop then if a bot has a item to deliver then he immediately use his courier for him.

So my question is: Don't you think it would be better to add a delay there?
-> Then it would look like this: I send my courier to secret shop it waits there for e.g. 1 minute. And then the bot uses his courier.

There is simply nothing in the script right now that checks for secret shop, im sure it will be added at some point.

its like in real games.
you dont waste courier 1 minutes on secret shop for 1 player when others have stuff waiting.
this actually is a good thing.

In real games the courie doesnt just go there and back immediately. Here the courier goes there and unless you buy your items immediately it goes right back. I mean 1 minute is maybe a little bit too much you are right here.
