Adaptive Talent

Does anyone know what being immune from enviromental weather effects means? Does it for example mean you won't get stunned or frozen from standing in water and a lighting bolt or frozen arrow hits the water? because that seems overpowered so it must be that I'm missing something.

Not 100% sure but I believe it refers to stuff like the slow effect in the desert and Hiberheim
