Skill Requirements/Recommendations
I was initially going off of this link from the Nexus page of this mod: https://www.dropbox.com/s/sbj0trjhu2cu1rz/Encounters%20skills_full%20version.pdf?dl=0

Only it's not accurate. Some skills like Battering Ram are listed as Adept, others just like Precise Incision list requirements that don't exist, or skills like Despair don't even list their hybrid skill requirements (Hydro in that case).

I made my own personal list of the Cyseal vendor skills available for purchase. They're listed with the recommended skill level, not the minimum requirement. To reflect what your minimum ranks should be to use these spells without penalty. And then I sorted them according to skill and attribute requirements.

Hopefully someone else finds it useful. I figured I'd share since I keep trying to theory craft builds only to go in game and find out that I needed different requirements.

NOTE: The tooltips are not 100% accurate in game from the vendors. For example the Fortify and Summon Spider spells do not indicate that you need Geo 2 to avoid the extra AP cost. If I find other issues I'll update this to reflect what your minimum ranks should be to use these spells without penalty.

I've been rerolling a lot and starting over as my builds have been not set up to expand into ideal paths for Tactician difficulty. Or I've just made something that proved to not work. /shrug

I may come back and update this list with the later vendors pending how far I progress.

@Skeleton Jack: Wow, this is awesome! Thank you very much for your contribution. This is the sort of meticulous compilation work that we wanted to provide to players, but never had the time to complete.

I hope that you are enjoying re-rolling—I personally find fresh characters exciting. Many build options exist that can perform excellently throughout Tactician, but it is not always simple to discover them. Sometimes things that look good on paper fall apart in practice. Other times a strategy that seems weak performs even through to the end of the new endgame content. (I never imagined players would do so well with the ooze summons!)
