It works properly for me.

Skeleton Jack is correct--generically, problems of this nature, where stats do something, but not the intended, have to do with an error installing the mod.

@Blueberry: Also note that when you're applying points to perception, the additional critical chance will be added after the point is "locked-in." In character creation, this means that you won't see the difference until character creation is complete. Sadly, this is a limitation we can't do much about.

Alright cool, I made the mistake of installing the Steam-Supplement on a already existing save. It seems that everything is fixed now when I start a new game!
