PBD And DLC Compatibility
Pretty much this. Is PBD Compatible with all the dlcs?

PBD has official patches for the SB, Districts, Flag, and Musketeer

It works with the Flagellant and Districts part of CC (with the patches), but there is no Courtyard compatibility.

As for difficulty, that's a longer discussion. I will say that it's more tactically requiring than vanilla.
