Upgrade item greyed out
This looks like a geat mod but for some reason when I have the item Id like to upgrade in the inventory along with crafting items the upgrade item button is grey and wont respond, Do I just have the wrong crafting/ upgrading materials in the inventory? Thanks!

You can always press the upgrade button, as far as it is a valid item. It would tell you what resources are missing. Best guess, you try to upgrade something that has no quality like e.g. rocket launcher.

I have the same problem with a valilla stone Pickaxe, & cloth armor and I know I had the right stuff in the table for both and I had 200 fiber for the cloth hat, 100 wood, stone, thatch forthe pickaxe and it was still not doing it what is wrong here?

Same Problem. Tried even without other mods: same problem - so it's not a mod conflict.
Salvage does work, but the Upgrade button stays greyed and does NOT show any tooltip. It appears as just a container with salvage button.

I'm sorry if this sounds obvious but you tried clicking on the item that you want to upgrade? The button only becomes active once an item has been selected/highlighted for upgrade.

we are having the same issue on my server. both myself (admin) and my friend are only showing the upgrade item as being greyed out. have put more than enough resources in the bench. have tried clicking on the item to upgrade to "highlight" it. and nothing.

This solved all my problems. So obvious that i never thought of it.
