first vanilla extinction core run tips?
in this i wont be using dinos difficulty level that allow for level 600 dinos and will use the regular difficulty 5 level 15 dinos, also no upgrade bench allowing me to have improved boss saddles with 22K ARMOR. just the regular 1.5k armor ones.

1. any tips on what maps i should use to get the best experience? center seems the best fit because the diety elements mach the biome they spawn in. (magma deity on a volcano island)

2. what i should look out for to use in some fights? an example is what do i need to have the highest possible chance at beating the beast of darkness.

3. what dinos should i tame for farming, what order of dinos should i get? i was thinking normal, medium alpha, big alpha, normal boss, alpha reaper/giga, bokito, beast of darkness, supreme reaper.

4. general tips i may find helpful.

For the record, endgame content stats is completely whack when the maximum level is beyond 150... (endgame bosses will have their health in negative, which makes the fight longer than it needs to be). So raising the level cap is never a good idea.

With that out of the way, I'll answer the questions.

1. TheIsland is the cleanest experience for any mods in general as it has all proper biomes and such. TheCenter and Ragnarok (along with other custom maps) have spawn issues that can cause some bosses to not appear at all, even when the biome exists. The newest upcoming patch will probably fix that though (not sure if the patch has come or not, I'm taking a break from Ark). The biggest downside of TheIsland is that high lvls are much more rare than the other choices, however that can be seen as rewarding for players. (I very strongly suggest breeding dinos, so you may wanna up the breeding times)

2. Beast of Darkness isn't the strongest dino in this mod, but in order to beat it, you need a primordial dino or stronger. What you really should know is that female alphas are rare, so even if you see a low lvl female alpha...it's probably a good idea to tame them as breeding is super valuable.

3. Pretty much any of the best farming dinos on vanilla servers are the same for their alpha variants, but there are some hidden details that are worth knowing. Beavers (yes, the regular kinds) will convert thatch to fungal wood, which are needed for aberration saddles. Prime Dung Beetle will create fertilizers on wander (no poop needed), and they are also incredible stone and wood farmers. Alpha Mantis also have raw materials weight reduction too, including Crystals and Metals (the only dino in the mod to have crystal weight reduction).

4. Few tips, keep in mind that wild alphas will pretty much always beat your own alphas in a 1v1 fight unless the alpha you're riding is powerful in terms of species. The reason for this is that wild alphas inflict bleed, and the bleed itself is very powerful that makes the fight one sided. You definitely want to carry around Blood Vials, they are potions that will heal your dinos to 100% after one consume (with a cooldown timer).

Because of how strong wild alphas are, it's always a good idea to breed and imprint alpha dinos. Never underestimate imprinting, they are game changing. If you are using S+ mod, S+ nanny can greatly help you with imprinting along with feeding. (If you are on a solo server where it doesn't use real time after logging off, I suggest reducing breeding times).

Another thing to keep in mind is that the Ark Extinction Core Wiki is horribly outdated (it hasn't been touched for a year), so you are better off relying on forums...such as this one and the creature guide in front of this mod's steam frontpage.

And one last important tip, probably the most important tip of all. Make sure you have fun, don't try to rush to postgame, just enjoy breeding and experimenting with dinos, even if they might not be useful.

with the new update ill do the center, higher level dinos and ay bigger carno island for better late game taming experience
in single player if i have the best dino for that certain boss with all the healing and buff items, basically fully prepared, will i be able to beat every single boss in the game or are some bosses just impossible to beat in singleplayer not matter what you have or do unless you are on a server with friends (of which i have non).
i am picky and will i\usually only tame somethign if it is near or at max level so i shouldnt have to worry about that 1v1 alpha thing.

The best mount is probably either supreme reaper or supreme warchief, but getting those mounts requires killing the strongest dino...which are Supreme Reaper and Psycho. It's possible to solo, but most of the time, you have to use exploits, such as using only flying bosses to kill deities and luring deities away from its minions to lose its invincibility buff.

i am on singleplayer, unlike being solo on a mulitplayer server, singleplayer mode mokes tame dinos stronger and makes boss dinos weaker, also saw on an extiction patch that they made the weakening of bosses affect extiction bosses to.
