so long as this has been fixed in the latest patch :

• Fixed Alpha Reaper King no longer one-hit K.O.'s Bosses

then its just use blood viles , stam booster and detox , stay focused on your dinos stats , use your zombdodo's to counter his minions .
i beat a few with a megapith prior to the patch that made most toptier dinos too strong . ive lost a few fights vs its big bro the supreme on my mount due to the good ole " finger slipped and hit E " .

I just use a primordial Nephalem "X" attack which makes it much easier

I am not there yet.. We just got a second Artifcate of the Gatekeeper so we can make a second DodoRex Saddle, we will try to use 2 DodoRex's with BloodVials and Stam to kill Deity soon. For now I managed to get preggers by a 150 Reaper Queen and got a perfect 225 growning up now. I was just thinking about getting it to Alpha.. I'm a ways from going Supreme with it. So I am looking to kill Alpha Reaper King using DodoRex.

Supreme reaper king is harder than it appears to obtain... Take this from experience, you must kill both Psycho AND Odracir to get it...

hes just aiming for alpha for now . but i do second you on that it just gets harder

I tried to kill an Alpha reaper king yesterday with my megapithecus and I was hitting him for like 100 dmg. I did not have an improved saddle though I ended up having to run because he was going to kill or KO me. The good ol baby food does not work well against this guy..it hits way to hard without a better saddle. Would definitely recommend two people.

tame a featherlight, shinehorn, bulbdog or glowtail, increase it's charge capacity and light emission range,turn on it's light, then put it on your shoulder to go into battle against reapers to negate their armour effect

Attempted to fight an alpha reaper king with both an upgraded saddle broodmother and upgraded saddle dodowyvern, the alpha reaper simply put them to sleep before i could react with a detox. Not sure if the recent update prevented that, but oneshotting wasn't a problem for me, just the torpor

anyone know just the spawn code for the upgrade to alpha on reaper kings?
