As far as I'm concerned, both Wyverns and Alphas are no longer KO tameable (other than scourge), and Rock Drakes + Alpha Form are also not KO tameable. Instead, supposedly, they leave behind nests on any map. Right now I wish to focus on either TheIsland or TheCenter (Ragnarok should still follow the same rules regardless) and understand how the nest works. I tried looking in the forums and comments about how the nest mechanism works, and it seems like majority are confused.

So now the question begins. How does the wyvern/drake nest mechanism work? It might be similar to the Wyvern Nest mod, or there might be designated nest spawn points around the map. I will be testing in single player and see if I can get a nest to spawn before my friends and I start up a private server.

Unfortunately as it's single player, rendering could pose an issue and it could be a time consuming effort, but I will post my findings in this post, and I'm hoping other people can help me out with their knowledge of how the nests work. Even "I found a nest outside of the wyvern trench" is super helpful information to me.
