Extinction Core
Boss Arenas info
Are the real bosses same stats and such as vanilla? Beatable with 20 high-power rexes or mixture of EC alphas? Or are they the same as the world bosses with their immunity to ranged and serious damage reduction?

I do not know the exact stats but I can tell you my experience - Comparing how difficult it was for a dodorexy to kill them - normal Ubers (Megas etc) around level 600 that roam the map I believe might be the same stats as a gamma in the arena. Thus Beta and Alpha is quite a bit harder that what you will find on the map at max level. How high can you set melee dmg% on lets say a 600 rex on your server?

the server I'm on has vanilla levels (150 max wild) so we don't get that kind of wacky-ass high level stuff, although we can level up our tames +150 additional levels. The world bosses wandering the map tend to have around 200k HP, even Broodmother, so unless vanilla Broodmother was nerfed down to that, I think these aren't an accurate representation of arena bosses.

My current setup for fightings bosses (though I'm not ready) consists largely of Alpha Direwolves, Alpha Chalicos, normal Rexes, an Alpha Carno, Alpha Dire Bear, etcetera. All are between lvl 200-300 or higher, and the normal rexes have Ascendant-level saddles. I won't try for a boss fight until I have a full 20 dinos ready (I'm a solo player)

The Arena bosses in extinction core are way stronger than the ones on the map. Can't tell you the exact stats but we fought a medium dragon yesterday and it had arround 800k hp.

Apparently I severely overestimated what to expect with the bosses, not having realized just how massive the 67% nerf was. As such, I had absolutely no issue with the boss fights using a slew of alpha animals and some rexes and dodorexes. I was expecting something like lvl 124 broodmother with 1.8 million HP, and instead got lvl 1 with 300k hp, so it was colossal overkill.

Higher difficulties I haven't done yet

Indeed the nerf made them very simple for a group of alphas

I bred up about 16 Lightning dodorexys, an alpha daeodon, and a 150 mutton tame yutyrannis and killed hard Brood, and medium Mega. Stats on dodorexy were 19-25k hp and and %400-700 melee (my server is 150 max level wild). The hard Brood mother almost killed the Yut but it had a primitive saddle while Dodorexy all had 75-125 armor saddles. I also shot boss with metal arrows from on the Daeodon.

Off topic though I wanted to ask if anybody has any experience taking on dragon arena with EC. I want to tackle it next but I'm not sure with what all I'd need to prepare for it, or if dodorexy would be any good for killing it.

My server has same max level as you. I took on the Dragon (on Easy/Gamma) mode. Aside from dodging fireballs at the start, it was obscenely easy. Once it landed, everyone pounced and mauled it and it was dead within a minute. The only major problem was that one of my alpha direwolves got stuck in the lava and died long after the Dragon was dead.
