- The focus "Reorganize our Industry" and "War Rationing" requires a global flag (speer_in_office). Which is nowhere set (did not find set_global_flag = speer_in_office in the script files). Was using concentrated industry.
- José Antonio Primo de Rivera is the leader of spain, not franco?
I did not build a single military factory or dockyard until October 1939, only civilian factories and oil/rubber plants.
I did only build factories in provinces with max infrastructure. If my calculations are correct this decreases the total construction cost greatly (with the infrastructure construction speed techs).
Germany has enough mil factories at the start of the game and gains a lot of them with the foci, also the factories from Austria and Czechoslovakia are a huge boost.
Is also used Frick as advisor (-3% consumer) for the whole time. After attack on poland "Mobilize the Reich" -2%, half a year after the fall of france, "Swiss Banks" -2%. The soviet trade treaty provided an other -2% till barbarosa.
It is possible to reach 0% consumer good factories later in the war.
First, the "Heeresdienststelle" units sounds a bit too much like depots etc. Why not name them Grenzschutz-Regiment or Sicherungs-Regiment instead? (or Sicherungs-Rgt. and/or Grenzschutz-Rgt.) Those names are more historically correct for field units and more in the line of "we can have a war at any time soon" situation.. (Which was the situation Herr Hitler feared from time to time before the outbreak of WW2). Also the "Grenzwach-art" units were positioned in ports (Kiel, Wilhelshaven) and there are no borders there (Grenz), so why not name them Küsten-Artillerie-Rgt. 501 etc..? At least more historically correct in my opinion.
