Spirit Wards possibly broken by the 1.1.1 update
Tried to use it on an allied Hunter/Warrior and it would not begin channeling to revive him. Multiple people on my team tried multiple times to revive him, with vision of the hunter or not, but he could not be revived.

You did good with the quests and the hover text dude! But speaking of spirit wards... a quest that explains how to revive a fallen teammate that appears after a teammate dies would be GREAT. I've had to explain it 3 times.

Yeah I just tested the spirit Ward prior to releasing the patch and it wasn't having any issues then. A quest for it will be coming out soon. I just wanted to get the basics out in time. I'll take a look when I get home regarding the issue you had. The only real change that was made was just a line of Lua that applies the particle not sure why it stopped working.

Yep, Spirit wards aren't broken. Confirmed that by playing another game where I died early on as Priest and my teammate Thief went to the effort of reviving me. There were other wonky things with the game where the spirit ward wouldn't work, such as Elk not panicking and fleeing when you attacked them. So I'd say it was just that one game that was ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up.

Theres so many lua systems in place, sometimes if one fails it could potentially affect another one. Like the subclass issue, we still cant figure out why it happens with only a few subclasses. The code seems fine, and in addition to that we have several extra "checks" in place to prvent it from happening. It still happens but I think it happens less now at least..
