Play well as your role, find guys who also play well, send them friend request, be nice to them and play party.
That's the best way.
You should also work on improving community, for better further games. If you party with 2 more people, take one noob and teach him. If you play solo 1 vs 9, don't expect to win. Regard this particular game with noobs as a testing ground. Try new roles/tactics yourself, test new items, teach your team the basics and have fun!
