you know thing like boost to army like 1*50 land doctrine or 2*50 doctrine
also these focuses where they add you factory is not too great like 1 factory realy?? so maybe add just a bit more to that
and the most important thing allience like you invite romania, finland or yugoslavia ( i dont really care what countries) so that you can actuallly expand this `commonwealth`
you can add more fotification focusess to that tree exept of `russian flank` like "western wall" fortification for cities like krakuw, poznan and gdanks or something like that
If you really want to upgrade this mod thne i suggest you add some national spirit like whatever some positive maybe less negative but they can be as well; or what you can do is to put some national focuses which will add national spirits
maybe at focuses like revive the winged huzars (bonus for cavelary and tanks) polish revival (increases amount of building slots), poland can into space (bonus for rocketry research )
