hey all. I’ve been wanting to use explosives a lot to destabilise towns by bombing patrol routes, and I’ve managed to find some on dead enemies, but I can’t figure out where else to get them. I can’t reverse engineer them, I can’t import them from my port, I can’t find a faction that sells them, I’m stuck. any advice would be appreciated.
