I can't apply Blood IV to mysef and AI can't apply it to me (I'm not sure if AI medics can apply Blood VI to injured AIs). Please show me right way to do it.

NOTE: Basic ACE3 Medical: Bandage(Basic), Morphine, Epinrphrine, Blood IVs (250, 500, 1000)
