Found an item exploit. Put items into backpack, go to dock and export. Items in the backpack will not be removed. This allows you to to repeatedly export items without losing them. Also works for "deliver medical supplies" missions; just leave a vehicle at the drop off point with a backpack full of bandages and repeat the mission.
