I'm playing on a server where they disabled C4 and most if not all other explosives, but left in petards and I keep trying to place them on enemy bases and keep getting mixed results. For example sometimes I can place them and other times I can't and I'm not sure why. I don't know if I'm missing something, but would be nice to get some help
