Any Config files to increase slots to the Blacksmith Table?

So I threw an event for halloween on my server and I gave others a chance to win higher end Blacksmith BP's, only to find out some of them are unable to be made in the 250 slots allotted. (looking at you longbow...18k fiber). Is there any known config option to increase the slot count or maybe a setting to allow the Bp's to be made in a tek replicator?
