This never happened with vanilla structures for us. We had a multilevel barn on the Island and had dinos parked on every level. They never fell through. If what you are saying were true, the dinos would fall through foundations too, and they don't. Even with this mod's structures, Pteranodons and other flyers don't have the "falling through" problem with the ceilings. Only the land animals.
There has to be something that can be done so that the ceilings are solid like foundations. Its painful trying to walk a dino into our barn and having it sink ever other step. Anyone have any ideas?
