Replacing a wall with another structure without demolishing it first has been leading to crashes. (eg. I replaced a double archway with a single archway and crashed, I also replaced a diagonal wall with a diagonal doorway and crashed) After a couple crashes I demoed the walls first and replacement worked fine.
I noticed that it didn't happen again for a bit, but eventually it did.
If you follow this easy guide it will refresh files for you and hopefully resolve your issue :)

Another thing worth checking that could cause this, would be (if you have any) custom INI settings, double check for errors in any custom scripts :)
:)
I will be adding tribe rank to the doors, when I made the menu's I didn't know about the tribe ranking system, :( so it never got added in. Now that I aware of tribe ranking it will get added one of the future updates :)
@KPInc425
I have been advised by wildcard that they will be fixing this in the core game files as the cause of this crash is in the game engine rather than the mod. In other words, the fix for this will be in one of the upcoming main game updates rather than a mod update :)
Also, the keep fireplace (in addition to the problem reported above) is not maintaining its texture after a server restart.
A mismatch will be the cause if you have already tried redownloading the mod by using the method in this guide;

Try using the guide on any mods loaded above this one in the load list. Mismatches have a knock on effect, if a mod loaded above this one has a mismatch, it will have strange effects on mods loaded after it. If you use the above guide with the mod ID numbers it should correct any mismatches.
It is important to follow the steps in the guide when correcting mismatches, unsubbing and resubbing does not reinstall mod files, neither does removing the mod from the load list and placing it back.
@Snicker Satisfies
I will get that corrected if that is the case thanks for letting me know. :)
is it powered and turning? If not check to make sure there is not a missing axle somewhere between the wheel and the millstone.
Pick up the millstone, remove the extra central vertical axle, and replace the millstone :)
