Scorched Earth Tabula Rasa
Jerboa Mother
It was strange to see at first due to it's name, very hard to get knocked out at higher levels, but once you have one, your hooked. Those things are adictive as hell, they are down right awesome.

The one issue I've noticed is that they eject you when you hit whater, so you can't swim accross rivers on them, they must follow, so good reason to set follow to lowest.

On a side note, I FINALLY saw a regular Jerboa that wasn't level 1. :)

H A P P Y -DAYS-

P.S.: May I suggest a were-jerboa and a were-saber (like on he-man / she-ra old cartoons) to go with the Oct. 25th halloween release of the vampire and werewolf.

SilentHighway Oct 5, 2016 @ 3:31pm
I beleive its suppose to help heal you/your tames when its near by now and then.

It's basically a giant furry Jesus rat, it heals all nearby players and dinos.

My personal thoughts on the Jerboa mother is a bit different it seems. While it's nice ot have that heal, I think the dino overall is way too OP. We tamed a Jerboa at level 140 (Center map where cap is 150), and she had 55k health STARTING...a wyvern doesn't even get that much health, or even a bronto in vanilla last I checked. You get one of these, and nothing becomes dangerous for you because that jerboa, you, nor any of your dinos are gonna be dying except maybe to a Giga. I really would like ot see this things health nerfed hard so that it becomes more of a traditional 'squishy healer' than the strangely tanky, and strangely hard-hitting adorable fuzzy creature it is right now.

Am I the only one who thinks this? It's not as noticable probably in higher difficulties maybe where people have OP dinos roaming everywhere, but for us wanting more of a vanilla harder experience well...this creatuer alone makes it too easy.

Never took mine out yet just got 1 yesterday. I'll have to give it a run. If she takes down a average trex then I will agree with you. But what you say makes sense

Love the animal...only issue we found is we cannot put her on a raft. You try and she will not climb the ramps and if you do manage to get her onto the raft she will just slide off like she is skating. Or if you do get her on and still she will not move with the raft..she will stay where you put her as the raft moves away leaving her behind.

takes a lot of tranq's to knock it out but its VERY fun. btw haven't tried with a tame one yet, but you can NOT seem to pick up a Jerboa mother even with a quetzal. Not sure if they meant for this or if that's a bug.

We need Help balancing it.
