No its not. This like TLD if you ever played the mod. Its like that one. Since this one was ported over alot, If not all of it is vanilla M&B. Thus no fancy dancy cheat console. And many features that would make running your own faction easier. But they did real well for way back before a player faction was a implimented feature, Am I right?

Ah, so Item Finder is part of another mod that is used over multiple modules? Woops. Well. Guess the answer to your question is that there is no item spawner, unless it is possible to spawn things in using the console with item codes.
