Female Clothing missing. Along with other issues with clothing (List inside)
Female Clothing missing, Along with other issues with clothing (List inside)
Love the mod and I believe it is the best one I have played for Mount and blade So far (I have played most major ones) But the only downside is the majority of clothing doesn’t have a female counterpart. The most noticeable are the Jedi and sith robes, although they are not close to the only ones. I’ll try and compile a list of them where the female version of the suit are missing a feminine shape to them. Please dont take this list the wrong way as I love this mod and it is my attempt to help the Makers of this mod.

Female Clothing

Imperial Stormtrooper Armor Is missing altogether.
Long Sith Robe Uses male body
Jedi Guardian robe Wide male shoulders
Lady Dress Looks like it has Beer Belly (one with black skirt and arms)
Sith Robe Uses male body
Crime Lord body Missing Breasts
Rebel Cadet Body Male Shoulders
Padded Tunic Oddly Pointed Shoulders
Officers Uniform Uses Male Body
All Cloaks and Robes Don’t adjust for Female Body making them hang oddly off Bodies
Jedi Robes Uses Male body
Imperial Uniform Male Shoulders
Mandalorian Tunic Uses male body
Imperial Troop Armor has male shoulders
Female Jacket has Male like shoulders
Rebel Pilot Armor Uses male body
Rebel Commando Armour. Not smoothed out in the least bit to the point of just being a triangle

The first one is the regular stormtrooper armor

This is obviously not a complete list as I didnt include a majority of Mandolorian armours along with Stormtroopers armour. Not only that but there were some that I didnt notice as I couldnt find the item list in the cheat menu (instead I teleported around from planet to planet)

If you have other armours that I didnt mention that might have somthing wrong with them post it in the comments and I will add it to the list.

Twilek Entertainers never wore armor in the first place. This is not an issue, but the way it was supposed to be.
They may have invisible armor though. I have not seen this for sure but it is possible.

Well, in that case we should at least fix there naked apearance giving them a bra and some underwear to wear instead of those strange shadows.
Mongol The Unwise Oct 11, 2016 @ 12:10am
Those strange shadows are their cloth. Perhaps you remember the slavedancer from Jabbas palace whom gets thrown to the Rancor? Twileks cloth is made to look like that.

By the looks pf it it seems that the skin is just too dark, an shader or vertex color issue maybe.

okay, there is still the issue of almost every one of them not having clothing. and it doesnt look like cloth its shadows I had to increase the Gamma to the maximum to even see the details of it to that point.

Warbands lightning in general works different than original MB, as this mod is a port, it is considerably much darker than the old game. For me gamma is always at max setting and still it is sometimes very dark.
Njordr Oct 11, 2016 @ 12:56pm
ok, so your willing to accept the twilek undergarments looking like a mistake. whats about the other 15 sets I have up there?
Mongol The Unwise Oct 11, 2016 @ 2:48pm
Do you realize that in original Star Wars Conquest majority of regular clothes lacked female bodyshape? Grand majority of standard clothing didnt have it at all, and most armors neither.
You dont own orig. mount and blade in steam so i assume you do not own it and thus have not played the mod for it.

Majority of cloth and armor having female bodyshape came in Warband, most cloth and armor didnt have such in 1.011. There were some that had it, but not all by far.

So it is with this mod. About that commando/triangle thing i dont know of, never saw it while playing. Though i havent been playing the warband version too much.

Devs most likely have more important things to do now than concentrate on fixing such things so it may be a while before these things get fixed.

And does that mean I can’t help them by Pointing out some of these errors? I understand them not meaning to have female shape. But your wrong in saying that regular clothing in star wars lacked a female shape. See in this list I avoided mentioning the Mandolorian Armors just because it might be wrongly intended that way. But to say even that is absurd, As some armors like the Storm trooper (Commando?) armor Does have a female shape to it Where as others do not. See these

But having a full on Male Body type style Is absurd. You don’t have to avidly defend the developers as I am not attacking them.

I would appreciate it if you don’t have anything helpful to add to this list that you stop trying to say this list is false or pointless. Give me a bit and I will Post some screen shots of these armors something I was attempting to avoid doing.

First I would like you to look at the stormtrooper commander armor. See? it has a female shape.

Now Look at these.

Now please if you dont have anything helpfull to add to this dont attempt to hinder it.

If having a correct bodyshape for a female character is so important for you, then add it yourself. This can be done with OpenBrf, free mount and blade modding tool, and needs about 2-3 clicks once you find the armor meshes. The process itself is automated so you need practically no modding skill to do it. Anyone could easily do it by just poking around with the options there and figuring things out. Rather make a list of utterly missing armors.

Posting about this as an major issue is needless, Devs most likely are well aware of it.

You know what your right. Instead of Helping to point out errors in some ones work we should all not point these bugs out to any one. But sense ill be busy with your sudgestion you should go ahead and pass the word on to these other people.

I even went so far as to give you the link of other people who want to Try and help the makers of this mod. so it should be so hard for you to redirect yourself there.

But I digress you truly are the definition of a cancer forum warrior. Even when some one is trying to help the modders you tell them to stop. Just know you truely are Cancer.

Edit: Besides, even though you dont beleive its a priority that doesnt mean you should go so far as to trying to say it shouldnt be fixed.

I am a submodder and have been modding Star Wars Conquest for last 6 months, to give the players what they for long wanted, an SWC based Clone Wars mod. Thus i am pretty familiar with the armor meshes and how they work and simply tried to explain these issues. Im not trying to tell you to stop but to hunt out threal issues, that are less easy to fix. Such as missing models.

Ok. Good job, decide if its easy or not. Then come back and argue with me. Also I only pointed out one missing model as there is only one. See, if you dont want people to help these modders out you should at least have the common curtisy to not be so blatenly open about it.

Once again. You are truely Cancer

Dude wheither its a major issue or not. THANK YOUR COMMUNITY FOR DOING THIS. It's just bad community management. Pointing out issues, regardless of how small should be encouraged. This could have easily been resolved with a simple.

"Thank you for doing this, it has been noted, thank your for your time"
Now you have 1 confirmed salty player and probably about 50 others who are disgusted with your behavior. Please fix your PR skills and your game.
lol dude point out a few aesthetic bugs and problems, and peoples go ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ because it was regarding female models. Get you heads out of your ass and let peoples report problems related to the mod how they want. Like E.hill said, its freaking encouraged to do this. I like to play female twileks and it alway pissed me off how ugly the armors would look on them.
