Raiding farout Planets so only few planets hate me at -100and selling their items,

Having large scale fights in which I secure commanders/officers and take them as prisoners to a prisoner planet and then keeping them until I am need of more money and then accepting any offers from enemies

When i'm not in the mood for travel I simply dock my ship into my big planets and if you have your own faction you will own all of the minor planets and therefore if you build industrial factorys on them and have a number of minors under your control you will rake in more than enough to support a 4k army without having to dip into any other incomes and earn extra depending on how many planets, garrisoning your troops while doing this also helps as you get the half wage bonus
I've got two really great trade routes:

Ewok Furs from Raxus Prime to Hoth
Durasteel from Bespin to Coruscant (or Mandalore)

Literally running back and forth across the galaxy is time consuming, but you'll make a steady profit, and have plenty of fights to pick while in transit.

Oh yeah to add to that, Naboo is a MAJOR KEY, Naboo Velvet can be bought at a hella low price on Naboo and sold for around 700-1k on the distant planets such as Nal Hutta or Kessel or Dac etc

Hydrospanners, whenever found for cheap price, sell them at Bespin or change for expensive items. Collected 250 000 credits with trading in time of an ingame year. The drawback of raiding is obvious as the player sooner or later gets those systems under his control.

Even with those it takes time for planets to return to even neutral state. Months. Maybe even years, depending of how much raiding is done on them. Another good point, constructing those facilities aint free.

True true true hence pick very few planets to actually raid heavily so that only 2 or 3 planets are at -100 whereas the rest maybe -10 or -30 if raided once or not raided at all but yeah if you are patient trade routes are probably the way to go

Probably a conclusion we can all agree on.
