Thrust Speed Bonus

Has anyone else experienced the thrust consistently giving a near -100% speed bonus, making it nearly impossible to do damage with the move?

I can confirm this is a bug.
Thrusts in the base game work just fine, but this is definitely a bug with the Star Wars Conquest mod.
