Medical Droids
What do they do like I want to know before I buy one

Medical droids heal your troops that are near them, the rate is fairly slow, but it can help a bit in prolonged firefights.

I recommend telling your troops to hold their position in a tight formation to maximize the effectiveness of the droids. It seems that it heals anybody that's nearby when it does do its thing.
