Force Choke has no effect?
Currently seems like the Force Choke item doesn't actually do anything.

A somewhat recent thread had a dev response stating that the powers animation wasn't in, but it should still work.

However, I can't seem to get any sort of effect out of it, with or without the Force Powers item that is used for Lightning/Push.
