How do I recruit the Jedi/Sith? Are the Jedi/Sith even recruitable?

You can recruit CIS, Clone, Jedi, and a few extra units once you capture a planet. A planet that's equivalent to a village in Native, not the city planets, thank goodness.

You just need to have special buildings for them.
