okay... So FU in conjunction with some other mod along with the Orcana is what we're looking for... Wow, this one's going to be fun to track down.

For all those who are experiencing the invulnerability and no energy regen bug:

Would it be possible for you to please post a list of all the mods you have installed. I'd like to see if I can compile a list of common mods that might be causing this conflict. I know it might be a long list for some, but it's for a good cause. Thank you!

well, no starbound++ here.
...and bug has gone (guess it's fixed after last update?)

I found that the combo of the Orcana Mod, FU, and FR also causes the glitch. I'm a little on the fence on sharing my mods at the moment...

Edit: AAAAND NOW I'M EVEN MORE CONFUSED. After trying to test a few more things, loading and reloading the game, now the glitch is occuring with only FU and Orcana which is completely different from when I tested that before.

I came up with that as well. I may be narrowing it down to the culprit that's causing the conflict. (Likely from my mod.) I'm going to be pushing a test build in a minute. Feel free to try it out, but do not load anything that has strip lights as the game will crash due to not finding them...

You should be able to test it with a character of a different race to check the eneergy regen and health damage.

I've tested the build and sadly the bug still happens...

Okay, with the help of some members of the community I've been able to determine that for some reason the mod only has a conflict when it is applied through Steam. The very same pak file that Steam uses in its workshop folder works properly and without a bug if placed into the Starbound mods folder instead. So, I have posted the update on the community page, and until things get squared away with Steam that will need to be the method of getting this mod for those who are running into this invulnerability/energy regen bug. (Don't forget to unsub here on Steam if you need to use the other version.) I appologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

hello, I'm personally having a problem. Game seems to just suddenly close itself either after the chucklefish logo, before it even happens, OR when it does some loading. Potentially, it could be that I'm having mod conflicts or something. I'm trying to get logs, right now. I'll send one over in a pastebin link once one has been made. And I am trying both from Community Page files and Steam Files, both have seemed to have same effects.

Edit: Got a log generated. Something about a chest duplicate... https://pastebin.com/eFZN0Xxf I'm not sure what mod might be doing this issue?

That's a known issue. It is caused by the damn vore mod that has an armor/clothing item with the same name as one of my storage items. They did not and still do not have permission to use any Orcana assets for their mod and I have requested that all Orcana references be removed from their mod. Between this caresless crash bug that they have created, the fact that they are using assets without permission, and that it is evidently continuing after I have vocalized both of these strikes to them and requested that they remove the Orcana from their mod, I think it's fair to say that I am less than pleased.

TLDR: The vore mod is causing it. I have made them aware of it. And evidentally after many months they have still not fixed it.

yup and for a long time even after the recent update!

Argh!!! I wish I knew why some people have this issue and some don't. You first saw it after installing the Lastree race? Have you tried uninstalling it to see if the bug goes away?
