Achilles clavicle.
It's the bone that connects the chest to the shoulder. I'd assume replacing an arm with bionics would be the way to go, but haven't tried in this version.
Oh well, my guy that lost his clavicle died defending against 15 wargs, so it's all good.
If someone else loses a clavicle, I guess I could give them 2 bionic arms and it might bring their manipulation back up to normal.
