Can you have both bionic arms and hands?

Same goes for legs and feet as ive seen a few posts here that seem to imply that you have to choose between 1 or the other and i would rather not waste resources to find out

Nope. so i guess if you want to take advantage of the stims for their legs you'd better go with bionic feet to leave the leg itself around to install that stuff in. (though that might be forked only stuff)
