it would be cool to unlock archotech body parts and organs via two separate researching things that each require 2 or 3 techprints that can only be acquired from the empire quests or from enemies who wear high level psychic amplifiers.
In addition you should add some fancy "royal archotech" body parts that can only be acquired from royal quests or rebel quests
