Movement above 200% causes Standing Bug.

I installed upgraded legs and an exoskelet suit also i got upgraded lungs. So i reached movement over 200% and it caused that the pawn is standing till he collapses. I tried this with multiple Pawns everytime it hits above 200% Movement the pawn is stuck in standing. Any Solutions to this?
