(Bug) Can't Remove Brain Stimulator / Conflicts between stim and chip
So, I had a colonist with a stab wound that put his brain at 40% functionality. I installed a brain stim to find that the stim restores his brain... up to 40% functionality.

So it was a bit redundant, but not a big deal. I'd just get the next tier of brain mod.

Later I got the AI chip and went to install it to him to get him back to 100%. It was implanted successfully, however the Brain Stimulator still kept his brain capped at 40%, negating the effect of the AI Chip.

So I figured the brain stim was causing issues, so I went to uninstall it (since he had the chip in its place). Except when he'd lie down for surgery, colonists would come up to him, stand there, then leave. They were unable to remove the brain stimulator. They'd put him under, but then wouldn't operate, would just abandon the task. This still happened when I put him in different beds as well.

Doing a google search, other people have had an issue with this, but I don't know if it's been reported as a bug yet. I don't know if a brain stim can't be removed once an ai chip is also in, or if it just can't be removed outright.

For anyone else who runs into this, you can use developer tools > developer actions > Hediff Removal to remove the part if you need. (It'll be destroyed, you won't get it back like you do with most other prosthetics.)
