So I've tried searching for a way to fix frail using this, but all the solutions seem to refer to older versions of the game—the file that chooses what body part 'frail' affects doesn't seem to be present in my game or appdata folders.

Can someone please help me figure out how, as someone who's never manually modded the game before, I can fix it so Frail will be curable with a bionic spine?
