I appreciate your attempt at organizing suggestions. At the moment I won't be adding new content to the mod, as I am a part of the HoI 4 Black ICE team and because I have less spare time due to my job. I will, however, update the mod for 1.2 and add Russian localization soon.

If I see something that is really easy to include and makes a lot of sense, I might find time for it.

I think a good change will be removing the South American conquest focuses from the democrats, and adding it to the Fascists and Comunists. It makes more sense because fascist would like to restore the Spanish Empire, and comunists would like to unite all the iberian-american peoples in a strong socialist confederation. In both cases, I think the burgundy blade (?, translated with GoogleTranslate, i mean the white flag with a red cross in te middle) will be a good flag. Good names might be ´Spanish Empire´ or directly ´Spain´ for the fascists and for the comunists something like Socialist Iberian-american Confederetion more or less. About the democrats, they don´t have any interest in uniting all the hispanic countries in one state.

I undersatnd you don´t have much time, but i imagine this won´t be a huge amount of time and it really makes a lot of sense. If you decide doing it, I would be pleased to help with information, (sorry i dont know about moding)

If spain went Fascists there could be an option to start a alliance with Italy without Germany, just an idea.

I have 1 idea:

The Infantry equipment company you get in-game, Instalaza ZA, was actually set up in 1943, way before 1936 or 1939. I suggest that it the STAR company be used instead, which made submachine guns and pistols for the Republic and later Francoist Spain. Spain has a long history of gun manufacturing and artillery production, so they had loads of companies when the civil war began.

As for the focus tree, I think the Instalaza event could be replaced with something else.

Another one:

Maybe an event where we could get the king back as a constitutional monarch if Fascist? It could increase national unity.

Make a option to come back the King Alfonso XIII

Maybe add some negolations between fascist Spain and Germany,communist Spain and USSR
(For example oil research buff for nazi Spain and building buff for commie Spain with focuses just like Treaty with USSR)

While is may take a while to implement, I can wait.

Maybe include a section of the focus tree to restore the Spanish monarchy? Their king was in exile, and it would be interesting to see him return. Maybe make this part of the tree make Spain go neutral, and have the colonial focuses moved over here (they really don't make sense with the democratic focus). I'd love to see an earlier restoration of the Spanish monarchy.

Perhaps have an Event where you can save Jose Antonio Primo de Rivera, thus as a result he will become leader of the Fascists.

Also since you have a Fascist path to either have Spain First or Join the Axis, why not add a Third Option to join Italy (Join Novus Roman Imperium).

Also since my favourite nation is Fascist Italy and that every playthrough I like to have a Mediterranian Fascist Empire consisting of Italy, Spain and Greece, I don't like how Fascist Spain goes Democratic, it makes all my effort in aiding the Fascists in the Civil War all wasted like it was nothing. I think the Republicans should be the only ones to be allowed to go Democratic (Since the Republicans were an alliance that consisted of Democratics, Liberals, Socialists, Communists and Anarchists), not the Nationalists (Since they are Fascists in short). In short, what I am saying is block the Democratic Path for the Fascists, and make it so that only Communists can go Democratic.
