"The Commonwealth Nations (Canada, South Africa, British Raj, Australia, New Zealand) should have them. They'd mostly be similar with some variation based on geography.
You could have quality vs quantity paths for the army, navy, and air force. There could also be options to split from the Allies and then the Commonwealth and all British ties before going facist or communist.
Canada could perhaps be able to go down a third option after splitting ties and form a Neutrality Faction with America.
British Raj could have a pre-Ghandi revolution and join the Japanese in whatever faction they choose or join the Chinese Faction or just try and stay out of it.
The British Tree would probably have to be adjusted for all this too though."
AUST could get a focus on tanks and trucks like it realy did try to do, get infrastructure or factories for central Australia or New Guinea.
NZ can try to get fiji and the other islands from england, maybe they can get a production incress from AUST so they can make more stuff faster.
Urbanization of India should be a top priority to make use of its abundance of resources. Perhaps having a Focii to retake Ceylon from the UK would be on the same tree.
Focus on Navy should be important due to the immense coastline India has. Having a route to conquer certain islands in the Indian Ocean with battleship focus (such as Madagasgar and Singapore), or focusing instead on coastal defense with instant building of coastal forts and submarine/destroyer focus.
With a Communist route, joining the Comintern in its war against Japan to release China would be nice. Annexation of Nepal and Bhutan should be included.
Fascist would focus on creating another front for the Comintern while also securing Iran and Afghanistan. Perhaps Siam. Annexation of Nepal and Bhutan should be early goals as well.
A Democratic route should include India leaving the allies once it goes independant then perhaps using political power for a month or two for renegotiations to rejoin the Allies. Assisting China in it's defense against Japan and influencing Afghanistan to become Democratic should also be included.
Army should of course have a focus on Mass Assault Doctrine considering the massive population India has.
