Right click on some large or modded blueprints not working. Just able to copy-paste only.
I tried right clicking on several blueprints, and here are results.
(note : If there is a blueprint that cannot be right-clicked, the name-determining window does not appear when it is created.)

Vanilla tile(contains none of modded items) under size 170 : able
Vanilla tile over size 170 : unable
Modded tile (size 2 : 1 Regenerator Nanohive from Regenerator Nanohive mod, 1 marble embrasure from Concrete Walls mod) : able
Modded tile (size 3 : 1 Regenerator Nanohive from Regenerator Nanohive mod, 1 marble embrasure from Concrete Walls mod, 1 vanilla tile with vanilla marble tile&power conduit) : unable

Most of them are impossible when mods are included, but sometimes they are possible at very small sizes, so it doesn't seem like they can't save tiles that contain mods.

* I tried changing the mode order, but nothing worked to raise or lower the blueprints mod order.

right clicking and moving the cursor slightly to the right seems to work for me

I'm having the same problem and it seems to be bugging out basic functions like the ability to draft/undraft a pawn. I've removed mods and tested this one in a new game with the same result.

Strange, must be some other mod in combination that is causing it to pop up when I move the cursor.

Mods aren't the problem. If the list of materials or buildings get too long then the mod will throw exceptions and errors even if blueprints is the only mod in your load order. Stick to small buildings or buildings of the same material and the UI wont bug out.

kind of pointless if you can't build a basic room because the materials list grows too long, at that point just make the mod stop listing the materials

In the third case described above, there are three tiles and four items included, then it is estimated that it is not simply a length problem as it was not possible to configure it.

Had this same problem and in my experience what thoramyr said was correct. But i had to scale my ui up. Works on 1.75 and 1.5 but the position of the cursor matters. On 1.75 i can just move it to the right, or right and slightly down. On 1.5 i have to be in the bottom row of the blueprint (the row of cells) or lower and move the cursor right. Any smaller and it doesnt work. You can tell when it does because it makes a different sound. Hope this helps someone.

Their's a fork of this that has completely fixed it for me.

Temporary bandaid for the issue. Hopefully this gets fixed upstream.
