Research bug?
Sometimes it is impossible to research certain technologies, although the research button is displayed as green. however when clicked, nothing happens. So far this has happened for concentrated and dispersed industry as japan and basic machine tools as communist china. Am I doing something wrong or is this a problem with the mod?

From the mod desc :

"• Add Civilian Industry requirements for Industrial techs"

The number of required CIC is shown ingame : ("X" CIC)

But that is really weird Japan can't meet the requirements, have you converted all of your CIC in MIC ?

I have a bug where I can't research aircrat or tanks as hungary, and most other techs are 2 or three times longer to research.

Variant: When I start to research an exclusive tech but change my mind, clicking on the other alternative branch gives no result (altough it's still green)
